Aircraft Engine Fault Diagnosis Research Using Model Identification Based Method

摘要: 利用模型辨识法,以双轴分排涡扇发动机为例,研究当监视参数较少时,发动机故障诊断的 可行性及效果.模型辨识法基于发动机性能仿真模型,在辨识的过程中利用了发动机平衡技 术,考虑了模型的非线性.故障诊断过程中详细讨论了典型工作状态的选择对诊断结果的影 响.研究表明,模型辨识法能够准确定量诊断发动机故障,并得到状态选择的原则.Abstract: The capability of model identification which bases engine performance diagnostics applied to a twin-spool and separated flow turbofan engine, was evaluated using limi ted monitoring parameters. The model identification was based on non-linear eng i ne performance simulation code, so the non-linearity of the performance was con s idered by using of the balance technology between components of engine in the in vestigation. The influence of the amount of engine operating points to the diagn osis result was discussed. The investigation shows that the method can isolate differ ent faults quantitatively with high accuracy, and the method of operating points choice is concluded.
