Confidence Level Analysis Method of Incomplete Fatigue Life

摘要: 采用秩统计法,利用不完全疲劳寿命数据平均秩,导出不完全疲劳寿命对数正态分布参数估计公式.通过推断母体分布均值和标准差,并根据分布理论,导出了不完全疲劳寿命的置信限.给出了上述方法分别在复合材料旋翼和发动机动部件疲劳定寿中应用的两个实例,对比分析了本文方法与假定完全寿命方法的处理结果,并发现本文方法充分利用了数据信息,能给出较长的安全寿命.Abstract: By means of the rank statistical method and the mean ranks of the incomplete fatigue life data, the distribution parameter estimation formulas are derived. After the mean and the standard deviation of the population distribution are deduced, the confidence limit of the incomplete fatigue life is presented according to t-distribution theory. Two application examples of this method for the fatigue life prediction of the composite rotor and the rotor component in engine are given. In these examples, the results determined respectively by this method and the supposed complete life method are compared, and it is found that the safe life determined by this method is longer since the information of the incomplete life data is more fully used in this method.
