Analogous Criteria of Leakage Flow and Heat Transfer in Labyrinth Seals

摘要: 应用方向性单位制的方程无量纲化方法,研究了旋转等因素对篦齿封严泄露流动、换热的影响,推导出可供实验模化用的相似准则.虽然方向性单位制和以往的SI或工程单位制均遵守Gauss准则,但它们选用和处理各单位各不相同,对于以往的单位制,由于相似理论研究的实际情况复杂,需要研究具有灵活性和特殊性;对于后者,基于所有现象能发生的可能性,研究则具有一般性和不变性.相关的讨论证明其合理性.Abstract: Some criteria analyses were made to investigate the effect of rotating,etc. On leakage flow and heat transfer in labyrinth seals.A series of analogous criteria for experimental simulation were driven from the method of directional unit system.The principle of directional unit system is suggested that the choice and treatment of the unite system in the similarity theory is quite different from those of public unit systems such as SI system or engineering unit system,even though all they must conform to the Gauss's rule of unit system.For the former,the flexibility and the particularity is necessary,because in the similarity theory the particular and actually phenomenon is investigated,and for the directional unit system, the invariance and the universality is necessary,as it is based on possibility of occurrence of all phenomena.Those analogous criteria are proved to be reasonable and practicable by discussion.
