Abstract: Modern enterprise is a very complicated integrated human-machine system, of which internal enactment needs the supports by computer-based application system. So a process-centered and computer-aided integrated process engineering environment combining process engineering and software engineering together is discussed, which supports the whole life cycle of an enterprise process, the development of computer-base application system,the production and management of real product within enterprise. A whole process model based framework is presented, and a distributed architecture of process enactment environment is designed.
