电机泵阀作动系统的分级压力控制及效率分析

Dual-stage pressure control and efficiency analysis of motor-pump-valve coordinated control actuation system

  • 摘要: 针对飞机作动系统中效率较低,发热严重的情况,分析了电机泵阀并联协调控制作动系统中系统压力与系统效率的关系,提出了采用分级压力节能控制,即对电机泵组和阀控单位设定不同的最高压力,并根据作动系统的要求来确定系统采用的控制单元;用AMESim软件进行仿真验证和分析.结果显示,采用分级压力控制系统的发热量分别为单独高压阀控制和电机泵控发热量的27.9%和34.1%,明显地降低系统温升,减少了系统的发热损失,提高了系统的效率,从而增加了系统的寿命,保障了系统的安全性和可靠性.
