螺杆空压机加卸载工况下节能运行分析

Analysis on energy-saving operation of screw compressor under load/unload operating conditions

  • 摘要: 介绍了螺杆空压机的消耗功率,分析了空压机排气压力对其容积效率的影响,得到了空压机容积流量的计算方法,建立了螺杆空压机的运行能耗模型.在加卸载运行工况下,利用MATLAB对其运行过程、运行能耗进行仿真,通过仿真证明了存在最优的卸载压力线,使其运行能耗最小化.最后结合螺杆空压机加卸载运行频率和最优卸载压力线,给出了其在加卸载运行工况下最优控制方案.
