高速热气流模拟风洞的供油流量控制

Control of fuel flow-rate supply system in high-speed airflow thermal simulation tunnel

  • 摘要: 根据高速热气流风洞模拟实验系统对供油系统的要求,设计了基于变频调速加旁路比例节流阀调节的燃油供给系统.通过分析系统各个环节的特点,建立了系统的数学模型.针对燃油供给系统流量反馈的大纯滞后特性,提出了模糊PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation)加预测控制的控制策略.仿真和实验表明:所提出的控制策略满足了高速热气流模拟实验系统对燃油流量控制品质的要求,控制效果优于普通的PID和模糊PID控制策略.
