Energy transmission characteristic of PLZT bimorph

  • 摘要: 研究了掺镧锆钛酸铅(PLZT)具有的光致伸缩效应的机理,理论分析得出光致伸缩是反常光生伏打效应和逆压电效应的叠加.从材料力学角度推导出双晶片执行器在紫外光照射下产生的最大偏移量和最大驱动力.无机械负载时双晶片在光照下产生最大变形,此时双晶片执行器不对外做功,入射光能一部分损失掉,其余转化成电能和机械能,并存储在双晶片执行器中.双晶片执行器做功的大小与外加机械负载有关,当负载为最大驱动力的一半时,输出的机械能最大.以上分析可应用于光执行器的结构设计,使系统获得最大能量输出.
