航空发动机薄壁机匣激光焊接有限元数值模拟

Numerical simulation of laser welding in combustion chamber case shell on aeroengine

  • 摘要: 针对航空发动机的关键部件之一——燃烧室薄壁机匣建立了激光焊接的数值分析模型.基于SYSWELD软件的焊接分析功能,运用有限元分析方法研究了燃烧室薄壁机匣环缝焊接时引起的焊接变形,模拟了薄壁机匣激光焊接时的温度场、应力场以及变形情况,同时对焊接模拟中的热源问题从数学上进行了分析和探讨.在此基础上结合整个薄壁机匣的实际工作状况对模拟结果进行了定性分析,验证了分析方法的可行性,为实际薄壁机匣焊接提供了理论依据,有助于薄壁机匣焊接工艺方法的改进.该分析方法对焊接领域类似问题的处理也有借鉴意义.
