Winding distribution characteristic of slot-less tubular permanent magnet linear actuator and its experiment

  • 摘要: 将无槽圆筒型永磁直线电机用作飞行器姿态控制直线作动器.研究了圆环形无槽绕组分布系数,建立了其轴向分布系数计算模型,该模型考虑相间绝缘厚度的影响.比较研究了单极性圆环形绕组和双极性圆环绕组的分布特性,得到了相间绝缘厚度对这两种绕组结构绕组因数的影响规律.研制了无槽圆筒型直线作动器样机,测试和计算得到的空载反电势波形吻合,验证了理论研究的有效性.对作动器推力、动态等特性进行了测试论证,结果表明,该直线作动器具有电枢反应小、响应速度快等优点.
