Winding distribution characteristic of slot-less tubular permanent magnet linear actuator and its experiment

摘要: 将无槽圆筒型永磁直线电机用作飞行器姿态控制直线作动器.研究了圆环形无槽绕组分布系数,建立了其轴向分布系数计算模型,该模型考虑相间绝缘厚度的影响.比较研究了单极性圆环形绕组和双极性圆环绕组的分布特性,得到了相间绝缘厚度对这两种绕组结构绕组因数的影响规律.研制了无槽圆筒型直线作动器样机,测试和计算得到的空载反电势波形吻合,验证了理论研究的有效性.对作动器推力、动态等特性进行了测试论证,结果表明,该直线作动器具有电枢反应小、响应速度快等优点.Abstract: The slot-less tubular permanent magnet linear motor was selected as a linear actuator using for the attitude control of aircraft. The winding distribution factor of the annular slot-less winding was researched. The model of the winding factor distributing along the axis that considered the influence of the phase-to-phase insulation was established. The winding distribution characteristics of the single-polar and bipolar windings were compared. The influence of the phase-to-phase insulation on the winding distributions for these two windings was expounded. A slot-less tubular linear actuator prototype was manufactured. The tested and calculated no-load electromotive force (EMF) waves were consistent, which verified the validity of the theoretical study. And the thrust and dynamic response characteristics were tested. The results reflect that the linear actuator is with the advantages of small armature reaction and quick dynamic response speed.
