Multi-objective topological optimization of heat insulation structures used in high-speed train

  • 摘要: 车体隔热结构的特性是评价高速列车车体质量的一个重要性能参数。以刚度、隔热与质量为指标,针对地板、侧墙及平顶等车体结构,通过参数优化降低型材厚度(增加玻璃棉毡的厚度)来提高隔热性能,通过拓扑优化改善传力路径,提高刚度性能,给出了各结构的优化结果。在可制造化处理的基础上,通过有限元仿真,刚度、隔热与质量性能均得到了提高,验证了所提出方案和方法的有效性。本文为高速列车车体隔热结构的设计提供了一种新途径。
