Design, modal analysis and tests of composites wing box

摘要: 为了进行机翼盒段结构的模态分析和试验,依据结构相似方法对盒段进行缩比,采用复合材料整体成型技术制造盒段模型,该模型同时实现了结构动力学相似与传力相似.对模型进行了模态分析和试验,两者结果吻合较好.本模型为在低速风洞中实现高速飞机机翼颤振试验奠定了基础.Abstract: A scaling-down wing-box model was designed on the basis of structural similarity and manufactured by means of integral-forming of composites for modal analysis and test, in which the similarity of structural dynamics and loading transfer were realized at the same time. The modal analysis and test was done and the results were in good agreement. This model lays a foundation of the flutter test of high-speed wing in low-speed wind tunnel.
