Design and Practice of Power Consumption Management for ZH2518 Portable Pressure Calibrator

摘要: 针对ZH2518便携式压力校验仪现场实际使用情况,提出了对其进行功耗管理的设计思路与工程实践方案.从应用范围上讨论了器件级和系统级的最小功耗管理;系统级低功耗设计又分本质低功耗设计、运行低功耗设计及低功耗的供电管理3个方面进行了论述;在具体实施方面,从便携式压力校验仪的基本组成:主机系统和相互独立的压力测量模块进行了理论设计与实验研究.实测结果表明:设计方案可行,整机系统功耗管理成效明显.Abstract: Design scheme and engineering practice project of power consumption were proposed for ZH2518 portable pressure calibrator, based on its actual operation. The minimum power consumption management was discussed from the device and system in operation scope, firstly. Second, The above management was investigated from the following three aspects: intrinsically, operating and powering lower consumption. The theoretical design and testing research were carried out from the master computer and pressure measuring modules, respectively. Finally, the testing results show that the design scheme is reasonable and the actual operation effect of the power management system is obvious.
