Theoretical Analysis on ElectroHydraulic Load Simulator

摘要: 对电液负载仿真台进行了深入的理论分析,建立了电液负载仿真台的数学模型,揭示了影响负载仿真台的各种因素,仿真分析了结构参数对电液负载仿真台频率特性的影响.结果表明:加载系统负载刚度和泄漏系数的提高,以及马达排量和有效容积的减小都有利于加载系统快速性的提高.加载系统结构参数的合理选择是实现电液负载仿真台高性能的关键,因此对高性能负载仿真台的研制具有理论指导意义.Abstract: The thesis gives a thorough theoretical analysis on electro-hydraulic load simulator,builds up loading system mathematical model, shows all the factors which affect the performance of load simulator,analyzes the effects of structure parameters to the frequency characteristics of the loading system by simulation.The results prove that the enlargement of load stiffness and leakage coefficient of loading system and the decrease of motor displacement and the total compressed volume can enhance the response velocity.So rational selection of structure parameter of loading system becomes the key to enhance the load simulator performance.The analysis results can provide the theoretical bases for developing the load simulator with high performance.
