复合材料构件R区的超声相控阵检测实验

Ultrasonic phased array inspection for the corner of composite components

  • 摘要: 针对复合材料构件R区的超声检测问题,开展超声相控阵检测实验研究.分析R区的检测难点,利用超声相控阵检测技术的优势,分别提出了基于相控阵弧阵换能器和线阵换能器的两种检测方法;对复合材料L型试样的R区进行超声相控阵检测实验,验证了两种检测方法的正确性;并与常规超声检测方法进行对比,分析了超声相控阵技术检测R区的技术优势.研究结果表明:超声相控阵检测技术具有适用性强、检测效率高等优势,可以满足复合材料构件R区的检测要求.
