Knowledge-driven rapid design on aircraft wing structure

  • 摘要: 为提高飞机翼面结构初步设计阶段的质量和效率,对飞机翼面结构的建模过程进行研究.定义了结构布局坐标系及构件位置参数引用规则,提出了基于模板的翼面结构快速建模的方法.选择适合的参数化工具开发了知识驱动的飞机翼面结构的快速设计系统,将设计方法、规则及专家经验等知识进行封装,实现了翼面结构的自动布局并生成布置模型.在此基础上针对模型不同单元的生成逻辑,分别进行了实体模型的建立,通过用户自定义特征(UDF, User-Defined Features)技术进行几何特征体的参数化建模,在布置模型基础上自动实例化.最后通过飞机机翼翼盒结构实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
