Experiment of sheet metal on laser bending

摘要: 针对大飞机壁板用的铝合金板料AA6056进行激光弯曲过程的试验研究.试验选用厚度为1.0 mm和2.5 mm的薄板,采用多组不同的工艺参数进行对比分析.采用直径0.1 mm的镍铬-镍硅热电偶作为温度传感器,YOKOGAWA MV200型便携式记录仪测量板料表面的温度;使用MV-1300UM CCD拍摄板料激光弯曲变形的过程,通过自行开发的实时采集软件记录并进行图像处理,最终得到了板料激光弯曲变形过程的实测曲线.试验结果为该过程的数值模拟提供了更为精确的验证依据,为深入研究板料激光弯曲过程奠定了试验基础.Abstract: The process of laser bending for aluminium alloy AA6056 used to produce large airplane panel was studied through experiment. The thickness of specimens was selected 1.0 mm and 2.5 mm separately. The different groups of the technological parameters were used to analyze contrastively in the process of laser bending. The specimen was clamped at one end as a cantilever plate and was irradiated by the laser beam in the width direction. 0.1 mm diameter NiCr/NiSi thermocouple was adopted as temperature sensor in the experiment, and the temperature on the specimen surface was measured by YOKOGAWA MV200 measuring device. A free end point was chosen as a measuring point and a CCD-camera recordsed its displacement during the laser bending process. The video was processed by the measuring software, which was developed by Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the displacement value can be obtained. Experiment result supplies more accurate data for numerical simulation of laser bending process and provides the experimental foundation for research on laser bending process deeply.
