大型特斯拉变压器内铁芯成型叠积方式的研究

Research on forming superimposition method of large tesla transformer inner cores

摘要: 从大型特斯拉变压器对铁芯性能的基本要求出发,根据硅钢薄带、树脂粘接剂及叠片的物理机械性能,导出了内铁芯断面硅钢薄带成型曲线的数学公式,详细分析了内铁芯的结构形式、成型基本叠积单元及薄带插叠原则, 最后, 给出了内铁芯整体成型叠积方式及叠片分布规律.

Abstract: Based on the basic requirements of cores properties used in tesla transformer ,and the physical and mechanical performance of Fe-Si steel belt, resin glue and piece, formula of Fe-Si steel belt forming section curve used in inner cores was developed .Structure of inner cores and piece forming basic unit were analyzed in detail. Finally,forming superimposition method and distributing law of Fe-Si steel belts were presented.
