生物芯片点样机器人样品分配机理分析

摘要: 为了解决接触式点样法制备生物芯片过程中,点样样点大小如何估算的问题,对样品分配机理进行了理论分析,讨论了点样针针尖大小、点样速度及溶液表面张力系数等因素对点样样点大小的影响,并进行了试验验证.最后根据试验数据总结出了点样样点的估算公式,为生物芯片制备中相关参数的选取提供了依据.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of estimating the sample spots diameters in fabricating biochip, the liquid dispensing principles were analyzed. The affections to the sample spots diameters by the factors, such us the tip diameters, printing velocities, and liquid characters, were tested and discussed. According to the experimental datum, the estimation formula of sample spots diameters was put forward. The research result is helpful to select correct parameters in fabricating biochip.
