摘要: 通过分析当前我国飞机板金零件工艺性审查的现状,提出了在工艺性审查中利用数据库及计算机辅助技术的必要性.分析了利用后台数据库创建工艺性审查系统的总体结构和实现方案,并对系统创建中的关键技术及解决方法进行了研究.通过使用本系统,可以大大提高飞机板金零件工艺性审查的效率和质量.

Abstract: The importance of using database and computer aided analysis technology in the examination of processing aircraft sheet metal parts was put forward by analyzing the actuality of technology design for aircraft sheet metal parts. The general structure and realizing scheme of the process examination system were analyzed based on the aviation sheet metal forming database (Ashbase), and the key techniques and solution methods in establishing this system were studied. By using this system, forming performance of the sheet metal parts can be examined with high efficiency and precision.
