Demonstration of an plane electrically actuated brake

摘要: 提出了全电刹车系统的初步设计方案,制定出刹车控制规律并对整个电刹车系统进行数字仿真分析.在系统设计部分中详细写出电机控制部分与结构部分的设计方案;新的刹车控制规律运用了较先进的模糊控制方法;为了分析新的控制规律,对比在各种情况下飞机刹车系统的工作情况,快速找出各个部件参数对系统性能的影响,针对模糊控制规律进行了数字仿真与分析.通过在分析中设置各项部件参数和条件,可以快速的获得分析结果,对新部件的研制提出合理地设计要求.Abstract: A primary design of electrically actuated brake system was presented, and give it-s control theory, simulation and analysis. The design includes servo motor control and construction; The new control theory adopt fuzzy control; In order to analyze the new control theory and study the working situation at all kinds of status, Simulation and analysis based on this control theory were provided;To set the unit parameters and conditions in analysis,analytical consequences were calculated quickly,and it will aid actual design of new unit.
