Research on product platform-based quality assurance in mass customization

摘要: 明确提出了针对大规模定制生产模式特点的质量保证体系的实现是一项系统工程,其实现方法主要包括:以顾客满意为中心,凝练顾客需求来构建产品平台;基于产品平台,重组产品过程;加强敏捷供应链管理,稳定产品平台质量;持续改进产品平台,推动最终产品质量提高等.体系实施研究的实践表明:基于产品平台技术的大规模定制质量保证可以帮助企业增强满足顾客群体与个体质量要求的能力,最终达到持续提升顾客满意的目的.Abstract: It brought forward the approaches of the quality assurance system in mass customization as a systematic engineering, which included systematically analyzing requirements to build a customer-centered product platform, re-engineering product relative processes, enhancing management of agile supply chain, and improving the quality of derived products by continuously improving the quality of the product platform. In practices, the result shows all of these approaches based on the technology of product platform will dedicate to help enterprises enhance the capabilities to meet the requirements of customer groups and individuals, and realize the objectives of steadily promoting customer satisfaction.
