Abstract: Making use of the control charts to monitor the manufacturing process, to investigate what kind of state the process is and to find out whether the process capability is appropriate or not, it realizes the preventative ideas. Designing the control charts and judging the manufacturing process states by hand is troublesome, that is to say, it is difficult to use the control charts in actual field. Computer-aided system for the control charts is accurate, convenient, fast and efficient. The software—Quality Control Simulation System, which can be used in actual field and for a computer-aided teaching software,is designed and developed.
