Computer-Aided Analysis for the Application of the Control Charts

摘要: 在现场利用控制图监控生产过程,调查生产过程的状态,了解工序能力是否适宜,实现了预防为主的思想.如果用手工对控制图进行设计和准则判断非常麻烦,难以在实际生产中推广应用.利用计算机辅助控制图,具有准确、方便、直观和快捷的特点.作者设计和开发了"质量控制模拟系统"软件,该软件适用于操作者在现场对生产状态进行分析和判断,及时预防和控制生产过程,也可作为一种有效的辅助教学软件.Abstract: Making use of the control charts to monitor the manufacturing process, to investigate what kind of state the process is and to find out whether the process capability is appropriate or not, it realizes the preventative ideas. Designing the control charts and judging the manufacturing process states by hand is troublesome, that is to say, it is difficult to use the control charts in actual field. Computer-aided system for the control charts is accurate, convenient, fast and efficient. The software—Quality Control Simulation System, which can be used in actual field and for a computer-aided teaching software,is designed and developed.
