Environment referring factor based on proportional hazards model

  • 摘要: 研究了环境因素对产品可靠性的影响,给出了一种综合利用变环境试验数据的环境折合系数确定方法.利用比例风险模型来描述可靠性与环境因素的关系,给出了环境因素对产品可靠性影响的定量度量.基于该模型给出了常用寿命分布下的环境折合系数的统计推断方法.针对复杂环境,采用广义比例风险模型用于度量不同环境因素之间对可靠性的交互作用.利用径向基函数法来拟合该模型,并对模型进行了优化.计算实例表明:该方法合理可行,便于工程应用.
