Reliability assessment model and application for aero-engine based on criticality method

摘要: 针对航空发动机可靠性指标评估的需要,提出了基于危害度故障统计分析模型.该模型考虑各故障样本对发动机危害性的影响,将出现的故障按照对发动机安全、性能、任务及维修等指标的影响进行等级分类,从故障的失效机理出发建立相应的分布模型,采用分布计算和二次分布等算法进行整体可靠性指标评估.应用该模型对英产和国产的2种同类型航空发动机进行了故障统计分析,计算了2种发动机的可靠性指标,并进行了对比分析.最后以累积工作时间和日历工作时间进行了故障的时间变化分析,提出了故障样本的时效性.Abstract: The reliability assessment model based on criticality method was proposed for aero-engine reliability evaluation. Various aero-engine fault samples which affected the normal work were considered in this model. The entire appearance fault sample was classified by the targets of aero-engine safety, performance, tasks and maintenance. A corresponding distribution statistical model was founded on the failure mechanism of fault samples, and the reliability targets were statistically analyzed by using distribution method and twi-distribution method. English aero-engines and Chinese ones which are with same types were statistically analyzed by this model .Time Tracking analysis method of fault samples based on cumulation working hours and calendar time was discussed , and the time effectiveness of fault samples was considered.
