Effects of randomicity for strut cross-sectional areas on elastic properties of Voronoi open-cell foams

  • 摘要: 基于Voronoi随机泡沫模型,引入支柱截面面积不均匀分布的随机变量,研究了其对泡沫材料的非线性压缩和拉伸行为以及各向异性弹性性能的影响,并与模型随机度的影响进行比较,讨论了两种随机因素共同作用时的影响效果.结果表明,对非线性压缩和拉伸行为,支柱截面随机度对无量纲应力都起降低作用,并且其影响随应变的增加而增大,对泊松比在压缩时起减小作用而在拉伸时起增大作用;支柱截面随机度对胞体伸长方向和垂直于胞体伸长方向的弹性模量均起减小作用,但对泊松比的影响不明显.两种随机因素共同作用的影响效果在拉伸时减弱,而在各向异性弹性情况下增强.
